Toppesfield Vineyard

Toppesfield Vineyard is just a 10 minute drive from Finchingfield and offers a luxury, contemporary, self-catering ‘villa’ with a large open plan lounge / dining area overlooking Toppesfield Vineyard on one side and a beautiful private garden on the other side. The villa has two large (superking size) contemporary bedrooms with views over the vineyard, two luxury bathrooms, outdoor dining facilities, day loungers, a tennis court and a 4 person outdoor jacuzzi.

 

This property is ideal for two – four adults (possibly an infant) looking for a luxury ‘staycation’. There is guest WiFi, a 75” TV screen with Netflix / Sky Q and Sonos / Alexa for villa wide music. There is a large nickel bar (like at The Ivy!) which looks out over the vineyard and is ideal for drinking and eating if the weather doesn’t allow al fresco dining. There is an honesty box for Toppesfield award winning white, rosé and sparkling wines as well as beers from Toppesfield’s microbrewery. There is a BBQ for easy dinners using local produce from Finchingfield Stores and a great range of pubs and cafes in Finchingfield for eating out or doing ‘click and collect’.

 

This is a very peaceful location just 3 metres from the edge of the vineyard, surrounded by soft rolling countryside on one side and beautiful mature gardens and a large pond on the other side. There are lots of great walks and cycle rides from the Wine Centre door and many different types of wildlife that can be seen around the vineyard (deer, hares, rabbits, red kites, herons, owls and occasionally otters).
